A 'good night' drink, so relaxing..
Mint -Healthy- Greentea
Serving: 2 cups
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 mint young leaves -for about 8 to 10 leaves-
1 tsp green tea
Complete it with -only if you wish- :
Sweetener -may caramel, granulated sugar, honey or syrup-
1 tsp lime juice
How to:
-Boiled the water, put the mint and green tea in. Keep boiling for 2 minutes.
-Set the mint and green tea aside, then pour in the cups.
-Serve warmly with the supplement.
Note:
-This drink makes u sleep better
-Drink it frequently helps u stay on ur current weight even u eat a bar of sinful-yummy-chocolate everyday!
